LGAZ is working in collaboration with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) to champion gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) through the Partnerships for Municipal Innovation– Women in Local Leadership (PMI-WILL) project aimed at actualising the following outcomes in local government:
• Increased proportion and participation of women in key decision-making positions.
• Enhanced delivery of inclusive, gender responsive services.
