KASAMA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL - Gender Equality and Inclusive Local Governance

The purpose of this project proposal aims to address the gaps and barriers to gender equality and social inclusion in local governance. By fostering citizen participation, promoting innovative practices and integrating gender, disability and the engagement of women, youth and marginalized groups through the creation of more inclusive,equitable and responsive local governance structures and processes. This project seeks to empower these under-represented groups, promote their active involvement in decision-making and ensure that local governance reflects the diverse needs,interests and aspirations of the entire community.
