Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reports and statements for internal     and external use.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including journal     entries, invoices, and receipts.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team     as needed.
  • Assist during audits by organising documentation and     responding to inquiries.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have recently completed a degree in accounting,  finance, or a related field.
  • Be familiar with basic accounting principles and     financial reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,     especially Excel.
  • Be familiar with QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in     data management.
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management     skills.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving     abilities.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Thrive in both independent and team-oriented settings.
