Constituency Development Fund Process Monitoring Round 1 Report 2023

The unprecedented expansion of the CDF, along with its elevation as a critical catalyst for decentralisation, provides an important opportunity to examine and monitor the implementation process of the Fund, to identify ways of making it more responsive to community needs, and to strengthen the various institutions responsible for its management. Accordingly, this study evaluates the CDF implementation processes, focusing on the institutional aspects of the implementation process, as well as identifying bottlenecks in the implementation of the CDF. This study mainly focuses on processes from selection to approvals (Schema 1).
