FISHERIES, LIVESTOCK AND VETERINARY SERVICES SECTOR DEVOLUTION PLAN

This document is the Sector Devolution Plan (SDP) on some fisheries, livestock and veterinary services functions to be devolved to Local Authorities. It has been developed in line with the constitution (Amendment) Act, No 2 of 2016 under article 147 and 148 of the devolution of functions, decision making authority and transfer of resources from Central government (Sector Ministries) to the Local Authorities.
