ISSUANCE OF TREASURY AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CIRCULAR

This circular has been issued in order to operationalise the revised Local Authorities Accounting and Financial Procedures Manual which incorporates the updated chart of Accounts for easy classification and coding of financial transactions as well as budgeting and Financial Management.

This circular provides guidance to Local Authorities on the administration and management of the devolved functions in terms of financial arrangements.
